COURSE Appetizer, Lunch


  • 8 oz Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Sea salt & pepper (to taste)


  • In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken to the pan and sprinkle it with the turmeric, Italian seasoning and sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Saute for 7 to 10 minutes (flipping half way through), or until cooked through.
  • Serve over a bed of lettuce or over rice (if not following Advanced Plan).
